Your time at H&B Bodywork and Wellness is reserved exclusively for you. We value your business and ask that you respect the office scheduling policies. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Any cancellations with less than 24 hours of notice are subject to a late cancellation fee of $50.
We recognize the time of our clients and staff is valuable and have implemented this policy for this reason. When you miss an appointment with us, our therapists not only lose your business, but also the potential business of other clients who could have been scheduled in that time slot. Our staff often function on an “on-call” basis and may have traveled to the H&B studio specifically to provide the service you scheduled. For this reason, we are obligated to compensate our staff for their time.
All treatment sessions have a specific time allotted on the schedule; therefore, we regret that late arrivals may not receive an extension of their scheduled session time. In special cases, and when our schedule allows, we may be able to accommodate the original full session time. This is at our discretion and only with proper advanced notification of your late arrival. The original session cost will be charged regardless of our ability to accommodate an extension.
At H&B Bodywork and Wellness, we understand that unanticipated events occur in everyone’s life. Unforeseen events such as car problems, business meetings and children’s illnesses, are just a few reasons why one might consider canceling an appointment with one of our therapists. However, we ask that you call if you cannot keep your appointment. Clients who miss their appointments without giving any prior notification will be charged for the full cost of the scheduled service.
H&B Bodyworks strives to be a scent free environment. We have staff and clients who have allergies that range from mild to severe. In an effort to keep everyone safe and healthy we request that you do not wear any cologne or perfume while attending an appointment at our studio. Also, if you smoke or vape, neither is permitted on the property and we request that you refrain from both at least one hour prior to your appointment.
As of March 15th, 2023 H&B Bodyworks is no longer requiring masks be worn in our studio. However, if you would like all staff to wear a mask during your scheduled appointment time, we are very willing to do so. Please call the studio at (541) 653-9340 the day before your appointment and just let us know.
H&B is committed to thorough cleaning of our studio and extra time has been allotted between sessions so massage rooms can be properly sanitized. All linens are washed between every client.
